Yesterday was my birthday and the presidential election all in one. Yesterday I spaded in ~15 WB of leaves and some well rotted manure into the test patch of the high field and hauled 2 WB of fresh manure from the flood plain to the slope garden. Today I continued to haul wood chips to the peach tree, for a mulch load total of 11 WB. I t is raining lightly again as I write this. Purchased 100 lb bag of oats.
