see also: Energy in a Real World Virginians for Wilderness Forests of the Appalachians | Thursday, November 11, 1976 I mulched the asparagus with the swamp hay cut earlier. The weather continues cold, with every night in the mid twenties and day highs about 50deg. F. I dug a half basket of turnips for storage and also a cabbage head from the creek garden which was only slightly frozen. We are getting about 2 eggs a day now from the Cornish hens. I also dug and transplanted the first sunflower tubers. 100 lb bag of corn w [?] for Natchez. (edit)
