4 eggs today! I hauled 3. 5 WB of chicken manure and leaf litter out of the coop and hauled 2WB of clean leaves down from the hill. We have been going deer and rabbit hunting without any luck, but Betty jumped a small buck yesterday while she had the shotgun for rabbits! Bought 100lb bag of oats. I also hauled about 1/3 ton of WR manure and fresh chicken manure to the high field and scattered it. I also saw a bat this evening catching small insects (which I saw), although the temp. was probably<50deg. F!
