She followed a standard recipe, but the curds do not stick together well under the cheese press I made. She had also bought a dairy thermometer. The cheese is now curing in the basement-hung up in the cat cage to foil the mice! Some of the Imp. Golden Wax beans planted first are showing signs of wilt. 17 eggs today + a 3 egg nest found on the flood plain. (edit)
