Another beautiful day-after a slow start. We have frost almost every night now, making the leaves highly colorful. 13 eggs today. I've been cutting wood again. Also, I harvested beets and even a few tomatoes yet. I noted we have a very heavy crop of watercress this year. It has been spreading up and down the stream banks all summer and fall. That which we had for supper tonight was excellent.
