We have frost almost every night now, making the leaves highly colorful. 13 eggs today. I've been cutting wood again. Also, I harvested beets and even a few tomatoes yet. I noted we have a very heavy crop of watercress this year. It has been spreading up and down the stream banks all summer and fall. That which we had for supper tonight was excellent. (edit)
