see also: Energy in a Real World Virginians for Wilderness Forests of the Appalachians | Tuesday, December 27, 1977 On the vet's (phoned) advice we are giving Brandy "Combiotic" shots, using an Imperial Viking syringe we purchased. Combiotic is an aqueous suspension containing procorme penicillin and dihydrostreptomycin as a sulfate. We "try" to give 2cc per shot twice a day. He also advised us to milk her out on diminishing scale for about a week to dry her. We had called him after being concerned about milk let down while hot compresses were applied and our failure to milk her due to the severe rash on her teats. Romeo is still mounting Honey after all this time, presumably due to the hormone shot, but so far Gracie shows no sign of heat again-could she be pregnant? 3 eggs today. Bought 100 lb of laying mash.
