Planted the rest of the alfalfa patch. No inoculation for nitrogen was done. The seeds were mixed with soil and spread by hand. Planted a 50' patch (6 rows) of sweet corn, half Tucker's Favorite hybrid + Golden Cross Bantam in a patch liberally fertilized with a combination of WR goat and Chicken manure in the slope garden. 22 eggs today. Gracie showed emission of bloody slime from her vagina, evidently the remains of birth. The whippoorwill was heard for the first time this evening.
