The pods are just beginning to dry to a dark brown Most plants appear to have more than 50 pods. As in the case of other (kidney, pinto etc.) beans we placed them in the barn to dry. I hauled in 4 WB of good red clover hay from the flood plain. I also threshed out about 2 lbs. of kidney beans, the last from the hill field. 20 eggs today. (edit)
