More rain today. Raccoons got into popcorn seriously. However I salvaged some, although this was perhaps not quite as hard and dry as it should be. Since it was 6-15 when planted and has a maturity of 90 days, it should be ready. This popcorn is also quite severely attacked by corn earworm. Note8 this corn would not pop when I tried it, but was very good fried in corn oil. Note* this popcorn was planted too late to dry properly.
