see also: Energy in a Real World Virginians for Wilderness Forests of the Appalachians | Monday, May 29, 1978 I cut the grass next to the bee hives this morning weith no apparent disturbance of the bees, but this afternoon I was stung twice when Betty and I stood at a greater distance! Also, Betty noted some bees in Gracie's fur. Planted 10 Cayenne pepper plants in the slope garden, a number of very small Stonehead Hybrid cabbage plants in the creek garden. I also watered the spinach in the creek garden. 16 eggs today. (edit)
