Tuesday, May 30, 1978

I hoed potatoes and corn in the high field. We picked our first strawberries 9 tame and wild) and had spinach for supper. It's interesting that the captured swarm is already in need of another super, the one super having filled since the swarm was captured Sunday morning according to Shaner. 13 eggs today. The weather is warm and muggy with a few drops of rain this afternoon.
