I finished hoeing the field corn and noted that on the southern exposure it didn't come up well. I cut hay on the flood plain.. Planted ~!25' row of Burpee's Stringless beans in the slope garden using inoculant. Betty noticed clouds of dirt looking very much like smoke coming from 2 of the bee hives this morning. She has been working with Folly, who had the bit on for the first time. Watered spinach, peas etc. in the slope garden. 12 eggs today. (edit)
