see also: Energy in a Real World Virginians for Wilderness Forests of the Appalachians | Sunday, April 1, 1979 Betty and I had Natchez skid a log all the way from the back pasture and on the way a neighbor deliberately shot and frightened her so that she got one rear leg tangled in the trace chain. We had quite a time getting her hooked up again. Betty almost was killed. in the accident. The incident was part of the general troubles we are having from opposing the paint and body shop of this neighbor.. 19 eggs today. Sold 4 doz. eggs at 70c a doz. Our chickens have been treating us well as we have sold 30 doz. eggs in the past 3 weeks. We appear to be clearing about 6 dollars a week on them if what we eat is taken into account. (edit)
