Wacky Jen is an old-timer in Charlottesville. She knows everyone of any consequence and has stories on them all as well. Working as a bartender at the Tokyo Rose and frequenting the sun-dappled bricks of the Downtown Mall, she always has the latest word from the streets and is an invaluable source of information.Beyond that, of course, Wacky Jen has an unusual voracious lust for adventure. She'll suddenly appear with a plan, a wacky plan, to go somewhere far away to do something very normal, or utterly bizarre.
You can tell a lot about the way someone thinks by the way he or she drives. Wacky Jen drives with casual aggression, never seeming to pay attention to the road or other drivers at all, but hurtling through it with unusual precision, only looking up to comment on unfamiliar new objects that reek of adventure.
Wacky Jen is a shrewd social engineer, and this gives her considerable confidence. She's not afraid to hop headfirst into any possible trouble, always armed with the knowlege that she can plead ignorance of the rules or explain her actions with an unreproachable tale.
