I didn't feel quite as useless today as I'd been feeling of late in the remote workplace. This was mostly due to a plan I'd devised to attack the immediate problem of what to work on for this large sprawling project that I've been mostly been procrastinating on, something that all these juicy articles about the coronavirus pandemic are happy to oblige.

This evening after our cleaning jihad, Gretchen prepared a delicious meal of pan-seared (and marinaded) tofu with vegetables with a side of basmati rice (which she had to prepare on the stovetop, since our InstantPot was making yoghurt at the time).
